Jalapeno Jam

It started when a customer leaned over the table and asked, "You ever make one with a little kick?" A week later, our Jalapeno Jam was bubbling on the stove. Sweet pears, crisp bell peppers, and fiery jalapenos came together with lemon and sugar to strike just the right balance.
