Big Jim’s Feuding Peppers started in Dodge City, Kansas, in 2020 with one goal in mind: bring bold heat and real flavor to folks through recipes for salsa, hot sauce, jam, and jelly which have been passed through our family for generations.

What began with a few jars at the local farmer's market has grown into a full lineup of small-batch, handmade jellies, jams, Bandito Bites, pepper powders, and even a “No Fun” line for those who prefer things sweet, yet without the spice.

We're a family-run business fueled by a passion for peppers and a love of crafting products that leave a lasting impression. Most of our ingredients are grown in our own garden, or locally sourced from our neighbors. Every jar is cooked by hand in small batches, stirred with intention, and individually jarred. If it ends up on your table, you can bet we picked, mixed, and poured it ourselves.
