It started with 150 pounds of apples and no clear plan. Big Jim's Blazing Apple Jam started when we peeled, chopped, and stared at the mountain of fruit until our daughter said, "Why not spice it up?" Around the same time, a customer asked if we had a hotter version of our 'No Fun' Homestyle Apple Jam. That was all the push mom needed.

This jam blends sweet apples, warm cinnamon, and the bold heat of scotch bonnet peppers into something that’s both familiar and fiery. It’s cozy at first bite, then hits you with a heat that lingers just long enough. Spread it on toast, glaze it on pork, or pair it with cheese if you're feeling adventurous.
